Artwork by Melissa Abbott, Alaskan Artist. She attended Cornish Art Institute graduating with a Bachelors Degree of Applied Arts majoring in oil painting with a minor in Sosaku Hanga (woodcut block printing). She has had 5 paintings accepted into the All Alaska Juried Art Show at the Anchorage Museum; worked as a model builder with Abbott Scale Models on a permanent display model in the Anchorage Museum and has had several art exhibitions in the recent past.
